Usage and system data may also be used to debug issues, monitor abuse, understand feature adoption, and prioritize product improvements.

Information you intentionally share in a pod may be visible to other members of that pod according to the permissions and trust rules configured in the product.

We may share data with service providers that help run authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain trustworthy records of collaboration history.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid sharing secrets or sensitive materials unless the relevant pod workflow explicitly supports them.

You can update profile details inside the app and may be able to disconnect some integrations or leave pods directly through product settings.
