Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from Vibe Coding Club and what we expect from anyone using the platform.

Using the platform

By creating an account or using Vibe Coding Club, you agree to use the platform responsibly, follow these terms, and comply with applicable laws.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the product only for lawful creative, collaboration, and venture-building work.

Pods, content, and ownership

You keep ownership of the original content you contribute, subject to the pod-level agreements and collaboration terms you accept inside a team.

When you upload documents, tasks, comments, or other materials, you give Vibe Coding Club permission to host, process, and display that material so the product can run collaboration, agent guidance, and recordkeeping features.

AI-assisted workflows

The platform includes AI teammates that can suggest plans, summarize work, and help operate a pod. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, so you remain responsible for reviewing important decisions before acting on them.

You may not use the platform to generate illegal content, impersonate others, extract secrets without authorization, or bypass trust and access controls.

Trust, access, and enforcement

Some actions are gated by pod role, trust level, or review steps. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, security threats, fraud, or repeated violations of these terms.

If your access is limited, we may preserve project records, audit logs, and signed agreements when needed to protect other members, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be removed, or be refined as the MVP matures.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice inside the product when appropriate.
